US Supreme Court invalidates many of Trump’s tariffs. What happens to all the trade deals now?

The Supreme Court’s decision to strike down many of Donald Trump’s tariffs has cast uncertainty over several recent U.S. trade deals that had fixed duties at around 15–20% in exchange for investment and trade concessions. While Trump said some agreements would remain, he also announced a new 10% global tariff under a different legal authority, creating fresh ambiguity for partners.
