The NCLT dismissed SKIL Infrastructure’s plea to withdraw from insolvency proceedings after settling with Amluckie Investment. Other financial creditors, including Bank of India, UCO Bank, and Edelweiss ARC, opposed the withdrawal. The lenders have submitted claims of ₹13,715.15 crore, with ₹12,504.74 crore admitted. The tribunal directed the IRP to form a CoC and proceed according to the law.
