India’s antitrust body, the Competition Commission of India (CCI), is investigating domestic units of global delivery companies, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, for alleged collusion on discounts and tariffs. The CCI initiated the inquiry in October 2022 after a complaint by the Federation of Indian Publishers, accusing the companies, along with domestic firms, of deciding charges together and controlling customer discounts.
